For the second month in a row no REAL farmhouse fix up projects. Might need a moment of silence for this. Just kidding. But of course there were some projects. Like the drying quit us...but he bought a new belt and fixed it.  On a happy not I got to play with my silhouette and work on a few decorative things. I LOVE that little machine but time for projects seems scarce...maybe I don't make time. Maybe I have too many extra little hands. Either way--I got this one done and I love it. It was inspired by President Nelson asking us to Remodel our homes into sanctuaries of faith. And then President Eyring gave a talk called A Home Where the Spirit of the Lord Dwells that I really got it from. Without projects I'll just throw on some other farmhouse disasters. YIKES. January was a little rough in the driveway land.

This is them gluing pretzels on to mouse traps because they watched a YouTube video and found it was "the best way" Farm house problem. Gross.    ANNNND we have so much "fun" with projects around here that when someone pulled on the curtains and the whole piece of trim came tumbling down--he could have submitted a work order...but that would have been silly Thinking of the primary tune "...He's our Bishop."

All I know is this look means he's going to tear into something.  Crown moulding in the laundry hall way  With the best help of course...  A light for the stairs: Cannon talked him into Christmas lights...I think we turned them on twice. Now (May-so 6 months later the guys who came to do our roof finally took them down. And speaking of the room we're repainting that awful fascia too. Thank Heaven!)  Meeting of the minds in the basement...I'm sure it was project related somehow.  THANKSGIVING DAY!!! I swear! Could we not leave well enough alone and enjoy a holiday....apparently not.
